Dr. Eberhard Kolonko

He focuses his attention mainly on advertising law, including trade, copyright and trademark law, as well as privacy rights.    

He is company lawyer of the GWA (Gesamtverband Kommunikationsagenturen e.V. or General Association of Advertising Agencies) in Frankfurt am Main. He represents the association in the committee (Werberecht des ZAW" in Bonn, the umbrella organisation of the advertising business in Germany.

Dr. Kolonko expresses his opinion on current issues regarding advertising law in numerous publications in specialist journals and daily newspapers. He holds seminars in copyright and trademark law for various publishing firms and institutes.

Dr. Kolonko is married to Christa Kolonko-Blessing and has three children.

His hobbies: blue water sailing.
